Return Policy
Digital Products:

Given the digital nature of the sheet music and the instant access provided upon purchase, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been downloaded.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as corrupted files or difficulties in downloading or accessing the content, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at music@noteforge.com. We will work with you to resolve technical issues and, if necessary, provide a replacement file.

Physical Products:

For physical copies of sheet music, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us at music@noteforge.com within 14 days of receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process your request. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Process: To initiate a return for a physical item, please contact us at music@noteforge.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any requests for exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with any such requests and provide all relevant details.
